Server and Third-Party Processing
MyPlaces App may transmit and process certain information on secure servers in order to provide core functionality, such as account access, place discovery, map-based search, and app performance improvements.

2. Auto-Renewal Terms
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3. Cancellation Process

- Cancelling prevents future charges but does not provide a refund for the current billing period.
4. Refund Limitations

- MyPlaces App does not control or issue refunds for in-app purchases outside of these platforms’ policies.
5. Privacy and Payment Security
- All subscription and payment information is processed securely through Apple In-App Purchase only.

All subscriptions in the iOS app are processed securely through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. Apple handles all payment information in accordance with its privacy and security standards. We do not collect, store, or process any payment card details on our servers. - MyPlaces App does not store full credit or debit card details.
MyPlaces App uses secure third-party payment processors to handle in-app transactions. Payment information is processed directly by authorized providers in accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play requirements.

- Tap your profile icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Budget & Order History
- Locate the MyPlaces App purchase and select Request a Refund

For users accessing the MyPlaces App on iOS devices, we may offer Apple Pay as a payment method.
All Apple Pay transactions are processed directly by Apple. We do not receive or store your card number or sensitive payment credentials.
