myPlaces-Discover More (“myPlaces”) is committed to providing a safe and respectful platform for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on our platform.

1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE

myPlaces strictly prohibits any content, behavior, or activity that involves:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Sexual exploitation of minors
• Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to engage in sexual activity with minors
• Any content or behavior that endangers or harms children

Any such content or user accounts identified on myPlaces will be removed immediately. We may take further action, including account suspension or permanent bans, and report to relevant authorities where required by law.

2. In-App Reporting & Moderation

myPlaces provides in-app tools for reporting inappropriate content or user behavior. Users can report safety concerns directly within the app.

All reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate enforcement actions are taken promptly, including content removal and account restrictions.

3. Protection of Minors

We actively work to prevent misuse of the myPlaces platform that could put minors at risk. This includes monitoring for harmful patterns of behavior and applying safeguards to reduce exposure to inappropriate or exploitative content.

4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

myPlaces complies with all applicable local and international child protection laws and regulations, including those related to the prevention, detection, and reporting of child exploitation and abuse.
